Anglian Water Supplier of the Year
WaterWe are incredibly proud to announce that we have won Supplier of the Year for the second year running at Anglian Water’s Annual Supplier Awards. This award recognises our work on the Integrated Maintenance and Repair (IMR) Water Alliance. We also won the No Pollutions, No Incidents award for our Environmental Fast Response Trailer. Well done team!
Some of the achievements that made the IMR Water Alliance Anglian Water’s Supplier of the Year included:
- Lowest level of leakage in Anglian Water’s history
- Top of the league for customer satisfaction
- A greater than 15 per cent efficiency achieved on capital delivery schemes
- A continued and successful focus on safety and wellbeing with LIFE truly embedded in the teams
The judges commented on how we continue to lead the way, with stellar performance under challenging circumstances. In addition, our work during the Beast from the East was not only recognised by the Anglian Water, but by the industry as a whole.
For the No Pollutions, No Incidents award, the IMR Water team in Northampton came up with an innovative solution that meant that should any incidents of treated drinking water getting into the watercourse should occur, impact would be minimal.
A simple design but highly effective in its execution, our trailer is pre-loaded with a predefined equipment list which has been refined in conjunction with environmental teams from Anglian Water.
