Users/Followers making defamatory comments, the use of obscene language or the publication of obscene material will be blocked by the company as soon as it is aware.

There is a mailing list option on the site. The system will record your e-mail address and other information only if volunteered to us by you.

This shall be treated as proprietary and confidential. If you subscribe we will email you periodically with news and web site updates. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. Your email address is not passed on to third parties.

CCTV

The Clancy Group reserves the right to monitor its business premises and operational yards using CCTV for the purpose of crime prevention and prosecution of offenders. The Clancy Group may also use CCTV footage for our own legitimate business purposes including defending claims and protecting our staff and premises. We will retain CCTV footage for no more than 90 days unless the footage is being used to investigate an alleged crime or an incident in which case it may be retained for upto 2 years following the conclusion of any investigation. We may share CCTV data with the Police, our insurers and our legal representatives. Collection is obligatory due to the nature of CCTV.

You have the following rights: to request access to CCTV data relating to you, the rectification or erasure of CCTV images of you (subject to other conditions), the right to object to our use of CCTV monitoring and the right to data portability.
