businessman, Halil Ascioglu, taking over the shop in mid January and a full refurbishment planned to allow an opening for late Janaury, Clancy Docwra worked closely with Halil to reallocate resources and plan the sewer work, which required excavation and sewer repair within the shop, in conjunction with the refurbishment plan.
